SHABBAT KALLAH MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL

STATEMENT OF FAITH

1. We believe YHVH (Yahuah;Yahweh (Hebrew); MarYah (Aramaic) is Elohim (God), the Creator of heaven and earth, and all mankind (Gen. 1:1-31, 2:21-25).

2. We believe YHVH has declared Himself to be Echad (One) in the Shema (Duet. 6:4), and has further revealed Himself to be the Father, the Son, and the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit) (Father: Duet. 32:6; Ps. 2:7, 68:5, 89:26; John 5:17, 8:18) (Son: Matt. 3:16-17; John 6:40, 10:30;Rom. 1:1-4; Heb. 1:5) (Ruach HaKodesh/Holy Spirit: Gen. 1:2, 6:3; Matt. 3:16; John 4:24; II Cor. 3:17).

3. We believe YHVH has revealed Himself as "Hayah Miy Hayah" "I AM WHO I AM," and is Elohim (God) of Avraham (Abraham), Yitzchak (Isaac)??Ya'acov (Jacob), and shall be known as, called by, and remembered as YHVH by His people Redeemed Yisrael (Israel) (Ex. 3:14-15).

4. We believe YHVH is the Creator and Redeemer/Savior of the Commonwealth of Yisrael (Israel) which are the original 12 Tribes of Yisrael (Israel), and their descendants (including present day) which have been scattered and "lost" among the nations of the world, and are known to YHVH as the "Lo Ami," which is the House of Yisrael (10 Northern Tribes), and the House of Yahudah (Judah) including the Tribe of Benyamin/ Benjamin (2 Southern Tribes which shall also include the Kohanim/Priests and Levites), until their time of redemption/salvation as individuals through their personal acceptance of the life, death and resurrection of YHVH’s vessel of redemption/salvation , His Son, Yahushua /Yahshua (Hebrew); Yeshu (Aramaic), and all redeemed descendants together Will become the restored Commonwealth/nation of Yisrael (Israel) (Ezk. 6:8, 11:17; Hosea 1:9-11).

5. We believe the eternal Son of YHVH, Elohim (God) of Yisrael (Israel) is Yahushua HaMashiach (Messiah) who is the Word of YHVH made manifest in the flesh (John 1:1-2, 14); He came to save the “Lo Ammi,” the lost sheep (people) of Yisrael (Israel), and all those among the nations that will believe on His Name (Matt. 15:24; Luke 2:30-32; Acts 11:18, 28:28); He was born of a virgin (Isa. 7:14; Matt. 1:23; Luke 1:30-37); He lived a sinless life (Heb. 7:22-28, I Peter 2:21-22); the Scriptures declare His miracles (Matt. 11:20-21, 13:58; John 7:3, 15:24; Acts 2:22); He died voluntarily as YHVH’s atoning sacrifice for our sins on the tree (I Cor. 15:3; I John 4:10); He was resurrected from the dead (Matt. 28:5-7; Acts 5:30; I Cor. 15:20); He is exalted to the right hand of YHVH Elohim (God) (Mark 16:19; Acts 5:31; Col. 3:1).

6. We believe Tanakh (First Covenant) is verbally inspired by YHVH Elohim (God), is the infallible and foundational authoritative Word of YHVH, and has been preserved by Him to be the revelation of YHVH to His people Yisrael (Israel), and the nations (Duet. 6:4-9, 8:3); II Sam. 22:31; Ps. 119.105; Prov. 30:5, Eph. 6:4; II Tim. 4:2).

7. We believe the Brit Chadashah (Renewed Covenant/New Testament) in its original Aramaic text is inspired by YHVH Elohim (God) through the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit). We further believe that some content of the original Aramaic text has probably been lost; that the Hebrew copies of the original Aramaic that appear in the Brit Chadasha are accurate; that some translated portions of the Greek copies of the Aramaic and/or Hebrew manuscripts have been altered by transcribers for the purpose of translation to further the continuation of the “universal“ Church of Rome. However, we do believe that the Greek copies of the Aramaic and Hebrew manuscripts do offer readable help in the practice of the faith, but all available Aramaic and Hebrew manuscripts used for Scripture translation are absolute for faith and practice of the original faith.

8. We believe the True Name of the Elohim (God) of Avraham (Abraham), Yitzchak (Isaac), and Ya'acov (Jacob) is YHVH (Hebrew); MarYah (Aramaic), and should be made known to all believers, and should not be transliterated as Lord in the Scriptures. Likewise, we believe that the True Name of the Son of YHVH is Yahushua (Hebrew), meaning the "redemption/salvation of Yah," also pronounced in Aramaic as Yeshu, and should be made known to all believers. We further believe that all the original Aramaic/Hebrew names of persons, places, and kodesh (holy) things of Yisrael (Israel) should not be transliterated nor changed to the spoken language of the translator, but should appear in all Bible translations correctly.

9. We believe YHVH rested from His Creation work on the seventh-day (Gen. 2:2), and thereby instituted the Shabbat/Sabbath as a day of rest for mankind (Mark 2:27), and commanded all Yisrael (Israel) to keep a seventh-day rest for all generations (Exodus 20:8, 31:14-16; Duet. 5:12-15); that it is a sign of YHVH's (Yahweh's) covenant with His people Yisrael (Israel) (Exodus 31:12-13; Ezk. 20:12, 20); that Yahushua confirmed that a seventh-day Shabbat remains in effect today (Mark2:27), and has enjoined the Shabbat upon Redeemed Yisrael (Israel) today (Heb. 4:9), and that the Shabbat will be kept during the Messianic Age (Ezk. 44:24).

10. We believe that YHVH gave His Moadim/Feast Days to Yisrael (Israel) to be observed, and are to be kept by all descendants of Yisrael (Israel) throughout all their generations, and that these times are enjoined upon Redeemed Yisrael (Israel) today. The annual Moadim/Feast Days of YHVH are: YHVH’s Rosh ha Shannah (Head of the Year/New Year) (Exodus 12:2);Yom Teruah (Day of Trumpets) (Lev. 23:23); Pesach (Passover) (Exodus 12:3-14; Duet. 16:1-7); Hag HaMatzot (Feast of Unleavened Bread) observed for seven days after Pesach (Passover) (Exodus 12:15-20, 23:15, 34:18; Duet. 16:8); Shavuot (Feast of Weeks/Pentecost) (Exodus 23:16, 34:22; Duet. 16:9-12); Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement) (Lev. 23:26-32), annual time of remembrance of Yahushua's atonement for our sins; Sukkot (Feast of Booths/Tabernacles) (Exodus 23:16; Duet. 16:13-17). We further believe that Chanukah/Hanukkah (Feast of Dedication) was observed by Yahushua (John 10:22) allowing Redeemed Yisrael (Israel) to also remember the victory of the House of Yahudah, and to rejoice in our freedom from the world of sin through the Word of YHVH; Purim, a traditional day set aside to remember the deliverance of the House of Yahudah (Judah) as found in the Book of Esther.

11. We believe man was created by Elohim (God) to be good, upright, and in His image and likeness. However, man, by voluntary transgression, fell into sin, and thereby incurred not only physicaldeath for himself, but also spiritual death, which is eternal separation from YHVH Elohim (God) (Gen. 1:26-27, 2:17, 3:6; Rom. 5:12-17).

12: We believe man's only hope of redemption is through the shed blood of Yahushua HaMashiach (Messiah of Yisrael/Israel), son of YHVH who is Elohim (God). Redemption/salvation is only received through repentance toward YHVH who is Elohim (God), and faith in Yahushua HaMashiach (Messiah of Yisrael/Israel). By the washing of regeneration and renewing of one'smind by the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit), by being justified by the pardoning of one's sins (YHVH’s Grace) through faith, man becomes an heir of YHVH who is Elohim (God) of Yisrael (Israel) according to the hope of eternal life, and the Avrahamic (Abrahamic) Covenant. We are redeemed/saved by grace and faith (Eph. 2:8-9); which must also include repentance (Acts 5:30-31, 11:18, 20:21); justification (Rom.3:22-26); renewal (Rom. 12:2); Faith (Eph. 2:8); regeneration (Titus 3:5-7); to give to us grace and Eternal life (Rom.2:7, 5:20-21, 6:22-23; Titus 1:2, 3:7); to become heirs to Elohim (God) and the Avrahamic (Abrahamic) Covenant (Gen. 17:7, Rom. 8:17; Gal. 3:29, 4:7; Eph. 3:6; Heb. 1:2; I Peter 3:7).

13. We believe the inward evidence of redemption/salvation is the direct witness of the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit) (Rom. 8:16); the outward evidence to all men is the life of righteousness and trueset-apartness (holiness) (Eph. 4:24; Titus 2:12-14); and show forth the fruit of the indwelling Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit) (Gal. 5:22-23).

14. We believe kedosh (sanctification) is an act of separation from that which is evil, and a dedication to YHVH, the Elohim (God) of Yisrael (Israel) (I Thess. 5:23); the Scriptures teach a life of set-apartness (holiness) without which no man shall see YHVH (Heb. 12:14).

15. We believe the congregation of believers (Redeemed Yisrael/Israel) is the "kahal” (Hebrew), “ekklesia” (Greek). It is the worldwide assembly of Redeemed Yisrael (Israel), individuals who have been called out from among the nations of the world to worship YHVH Elohim (God) of Yisrael (Israel), and is most visible in the form of local Redeemed Yisrael (Israel) assemblies and fellowships which may include meetings in private homes of believers; it is the spiritual body of Yahushua HaMashiach built and established on the foundation (Tanakh) of the apostles and prophets, Yahushua HaMashiach (Messiah) Himself being the chief cornerstone (Rom.12:5; I Cor. 12:27; Eph. 2:19-22, 4:4-6).

16. We believe the “kahal” or "ekklesia" (assembly of the called out ones) to be an agency of YHVH Elohim (God) of Yisrael (Israel) with the specific appointment to fulfill the Great Commission by bringing the redemption/salvation message of Yahushua HaMashiach to the world (Matt. 28:18-28); to be a cooperative body of believers in which man may worship YHVH Elohim (God) of Yisrael (Israel) (I Cor. 12:27); to be the means for Elohim's (God's) purpose to build a body of believers, being perfected in the image of YHVH's Son, Yahshua HaMashiach (Messiah) (Philp. 2:12-13; Col. 1:28; Eph. 4:11-13; Heb. 10:14).

17. We believe the “kahal” or "ekklesia" (assembly of the called out ones) has the authority to ordain individuals that have a specific calling to minister to the Body of believers as Rosh Zaken (Head Elder), Messianic Yisrael Minister, known in Hebrew as Rabbi (male) or Rebbetzin female) over local Redeemed Yisrael (Israel) assemblies under the authority and placement of Yahushua HaMashiach (Messiah), the Head of the Body (Col.1:18; Eph. 1:22, 4:11-16); through the supervision and ministry of the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit) (II Cor. 3:6; Col. 1:18; I Tim. 5:17). The Rosh Zaken (Head Elder) or Messianic Yisrael Minister typically serves one or more offices of the five-fold ministry as Roeh (Pastor); M'vasayr (Evangelist); Moreh (Teacher); Navi (Prophet); Shaliach (Apostle) (Eph. 4:11-16). The title of Rabbi/Rebbetzin is viewed as signatory of responsibility and ability to teach Torah.

18. We believe mikveh (baptism) by immersion is commanded in the Scriptures; all who believe onYahushua HaMashiach (Messiah), and repent, thereby accepting Him as YHVH (Hebrew), MarYah(Aramaic) and Savior are to be baptized into His death so that we may live a new life (Rom.6:3-4).

19. We believe the "koinonia" (Greek) (Lord's supper/communion) consists of the elements of unleavened matzah (bread without yeast), and the fruit of the vine are the symbols expressing our sharing in the perfect (divine) nature of our Adonai Yahushua HaMashiach (Master Yahushua, the Messiah) (II Pet. 1:4); that it is an annual memorial of His suffering and death to be partaken of only during the seder meal on Pesach (Passover), and is to be the integral part of the Pesach (Passover)meal, and is enjoined on all believers "till He comes" (I Cor. 11:26). We further believe that members of the “kahal’’ or "ekklesia" (assembly of the called out ones) should be in one accord before partaking of "koinonia" (Lord's supper/communion); that it should be shared with only believers of like faith and membership in the Body of Yahushua HaMashiach (Messiah) (II Cor. 6:14-18); that the spiritual state of the believer before partaking of "koinonia" should be decided by self-examination by that member alone.

20. We believe that all believers are entitled to, and should ardently expect, and seek the promise of the Father in Heaven, to personally receive the spiritual mikveh (baptism) of the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit) and fire or to be filled with the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit), and receive the giftings given by the Father which includes speaking in tongues (Matt. 3:11; Acts 2:3-4, 10:44-46, 19:6; I Cor. 12:4-11, 14:27, 14:39). We believe the spiritual mikveh (baptism) of the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit) and the giftings received was the normal experience of all believers in the early redeemed Yisrael (Israel) “kahal” or "ekklesia" (assembly of the called ones); with it comes the endowment of power for life to keep YHVH’s Commandments and service, the bestowment of YHVH's gifts, and their use in the work of the ministry. This spiritual mikveh (baptism) is distinct from the experience of the new birth, and water mikveh (baptism) unto repentance, however, both the water mikveh (baptism) and the spiritual mikveh (baptism) may take place at the same time for some individuals.

21. We believe Hatikvah (the Hope) of Redeemed Yisrael (Israel) is the first resurrection (I Cor. 15:23;Rev. 20:4-6), that in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last shofar (trumpet) sounding,Yahushua HaMashiach (Messiah of Yisrael/Israel) Himself shall descend from Heaven with a shout and with the voice of an archangel, the dead in Mashiach (Messiah) shall rise first, and then those of us alive and remaining shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, and changed from mortal into immortality to meet Yahushua HaMashiach Adonai (Yahshua, Messiah, Master) in the air, and we shall always be with Him (I Cor. 15:54; I Thess. 4:16-17).22. We believe in the future bodily return or second coming of Yahushua HaMashiach (Messiah) to Eretz Yisrael (Land of Israel) to establish His Messianic Yisrael (Israel) Kingdom on earth, and He will reign as Melech (King) of Yisrael (Israel) over all the earth (Isa. 11:1-16, 52:8; Ezk. 37:15-28; Zech 14:4, 9; Matt. 24:39, 42-44; John 4:25, 2l:22-23).

DOCTRINAL PURPOSE

1. To present the Gospel of Yahushua HaMashiach (Messiah of Yisrael/Israel), and help people to understand Elohim's (God's) plan for their lives through a prophetic voice.

2. To preach, teach, and exhort the Word YHVH Elohim (God) of Yisrael (Israel) at every opportunity. To bring reconciliation to the world, to both the lost sheep (people/descendants) of the 12 tribes of Yisrael (Israel), the "Lo Ami," and to all those among the nations of the world that will believe on Yahushua HaMashiach's (Messiah's) Name (II Cor. 5: 18-20; Jude 23); by extending the ministry outlined in Isaiah 61:1-2. This purpose is served by encouraging and promoting the worship of the Echad (One) and True Elohim (God) of Yisrael (Israel) who is YHVH.
